You can start your program anytime! Once you subscribe to a Blended Program, you'll have immediate access to all your plan.
Joining is easy! Simply choose and subscribe to the program that best suits your goals, and you're ready to get started. Once you subscribe, you'll get instant access to your program, along with all the resources, guides, and support you need to start training right away.
No waiting—just dive in and start your fitness journey with EQUILIBRIUM+
Each program varies:
• CONFIDENCE: 3 sessions a week
• MOVE, BUILD, and STRENGTH & SCULPT: 4 sessions a week
If 4 sessions aren't possible, aim for 2-3 sessions, depending on your goals. For example, you could do 1 upper-body session, 1 lower-body session, and 1 conditioning session, or mix upper and lower body sessions. Adapt it to fit your schedule and objectives!
